“The vision for Ithaca Beer was to be a farm brewery where Ithacans and visitors can have a craft beer and farm to table meal in a farm like setting. We went to visit the site for the first time in 2010, and immediately knew that the small knoll the building currently sits on would be a perfect location to view the surrounding agricultural landscape. The location sits between two state parks and is a perfect location to grab a beer and some food after a day of hiking. The land has been farmed for generations by local farmers and continues to provide food for the restaurant.”
