“Every other Thursday of the month, a handful of military veterans meet in person (also via Zoom) to write to generative prompts. These prompts range from "write about what you felt the first time you put on a military uniform" to "write about the strange flora and fauna you encountered on a deployment" to "write a letter to a former self." We've been hosting these workshops since 2017. It's been a valuable experience for everyone involved.”
