“I spend a lot of time inside the cocoon of this little theater, in the dark small space with my puppets and props, while I'm preforming. I have all my puppets hanging on hooks and I have to be sharp and change into all the different characters at the right time, with the right voices. I can make lots of silly faces and no one can see my face behind the curtain. At the end of the show, we turn the whole thing around and tell all the audience how the magic is made - so there are no secrets, we welcome anyone to become a puppeteer!”
